Tharon Johnson Leaves City Job to Become Lobbyist

Tharon Johnson, who managed the campaigns of US Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) in 2008 and then-Mayoral candidate Kasim Reed in 2009, has left his job as a senior advisor to Mayor Reed, to become a lobbyist for Piedmont Public Affairs, a governmental affairs firm, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper.
