BREAKING: Grady dialysis clinic to close Oct. 3
We just learned that the Grady Health System Outpatient Dialysis Clinic will close Saturday Oct. 3.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville handed down an 11-page ruling Friday that rescinds his Sept. 16 temporary restraining order against Grady that had kept the clinic open.
Attorneys for Grady and anonymous dialysis patients appeared before Glanville Wednesday to argue for and against keeping the clinic open.
