Council Report Card: Who supported bars closing at 3am?
We’re beginning a project where we’re going to be compiling a Council Member report card for the last four years.
One important vote, supported by all but 4 Members, has been putting a damper on our weekends, and has hurt small businesses! For the last couple years, clubs in Atlanta have been required to do last call at 230am and close at 3 due to our City Council.
The only four members to oppose were: NATALYN ARCHIBONG, HOWARD SHOOK, FELICIA MOORE, and JOYCE SHEPERD. All other members, including Ceasar Mitchell, Clair Muller, and Mary Norwood, each have been keeping YOU from getting your dance on. (Information on vote provided by The Heretic bar’s website.)
